150 spaces, zero confusion
The yard as a Kanban board. Three columns, Occupied, Available and Coming Soon, each with counts, revenue, and cards showing the assigned trucker. At a glance, Neftali knows exactly what is happening in the yard.
BLF runs a trucking operation in Louisville: their own fleet, load management, 150+ yard spaces for rent, and mechanics. All of it lived in Excel, and it worked. It just cost Neftali Morales, the shop and sales manager, most of every morning to find out who owed what.
Tracking by hand in spreadsheets ate the yard manager's whole morning.
With no reliable system, some truckers never got billed. Money walked out the gate.
Which of the 150 spaces were taken? Free? Coming up? Nobody knew without walking the lot.
Every new trucker was another row kept by hand, so growing meant losing more of the morning.
Shop and Sales Manager, BLF Transportation LLC
Neftali runs day to day operations at BLF Transportation in Louisville, KY. He manages 150+ yard spaces, coordinates truckers, and keeps invoices straight. He was the one who had to be convinced the dashboard was worth the change.

Four cards: monthly revenue, occupancy, active truckers, pending invoices. Under them sit twelve months of revenue history, the payment method split, and whatever happened today running down the side.
Every trucker gets a profile with quick stats: spaces rented, total paid, payment method. A score ring (0-100) shows how reliably they pay. Loyalty badges reward tenure. Bulk selection enables batch actions.
Full invoicing with sortable columns, status and payment indicators. Global search covers truckers, spaces and invoices at once, so an amount can be traced back without anyone remembering where it came from.
YTD revenue, average revenue per space, payment success rates and retention. The charts answer the questions the owner was already asking out loud.
Revenue forecasting projects the next quarter with growth percentages and confidence levels. Before it, the next quarter was a guess. Now staffing and maintenance get planned against a number.
Charge All. Send Reminders. Generate Reports. Select the rows and the action bar appears, and the work that used to take an afternoon is done before the coffee goes cold.
Seven screens made it into this case study. The dashboard has more. These are the ones Neftali opens.
